Privacy Policy

About this policy
This policy explains how Ya Found Me handles information when you visit the site, create an account, use voice-based device finding, subscribe, or generate wallpapers.
Account and Google sign-in information
Authentication is provided through Base44. When you register or sign in with Google, account information such as your email address, name, and account identifier is used to create and authenticate your account and associate your subscriptions and saved content. Google sign-in is for authentication; it does not require access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, or contacts.
Microphone and speech recognition
Listening starts when you select Start listening and grant microphone permission. Your browser’s speech-recognition service converts speech to text so the app can match your wake phrase. Depending on your browser and device, audio may be processed by the browser provider’s remote service under its privacy policy. Ya Found Me does not save microphone recordings or recognized transcripts to its database or include them in alarm analytics. Select Stop or revoke microphone permission in your browser to stop listening.
Preferences and generated wallpapers
Your wake phrase, alarm sound, and wallpaper selection are stored in your browser’s local storage. Custom wallpaper prompts and generated video links are stored with your account. Prompts are sent to the AI generation service through Base44 to create videos. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts.
Payments
Stripe processes subscription payments. Ya Found Me stores payment-related identifiers, buyer account information, subscription status, and billing-period information to verify purchases and manage access. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe rather than stored in the app’s database.
Usage information and tracking
Base44 analytics and Google Ads tools are used to measure site usage, successful alarm sessions, subscriptions, and advertising performance. These services may process browser, device, session, and event information and use cookies or similar storage, subject to applicable consent settings. Alarm analytics do not include your speech or wake phrase. Browser settings can limit cookies and clear local storage, which may remove saved preferences.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to operate accounts, deliver features, verify payments, manage subscriptions, understand performance, and protect the service. Service providers include Base44, Google, Stripe, and the speech-recognition and AI providers used for the features you select. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and security. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Retention and your choices
Account, subscription, and saved-content records are retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, security, and payment obligations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information. You can clear locally saved preferences in your browser, revoke microphone access, manage Google account connections, and cancel subscription renewals through the app. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete account or payment records.
Security and policy changes
No online service can guarantee complete security. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the date above identifies the latest revision. Review it periodically.
