Using Ya Found Me
These terms govern use of Ya Found Me. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required.
Device-finding limitations
Ya Found Me is a prepared-in-advance, voice-activated alarm, not a GPS tracker or emergency service. You must start listening before misplacing your device and keep the app open with the screen awake. Switching apps or tabs, locking the screen, browser interruptions, or losing connectivity can stop listening. Recognition and alarm playback depend on browser support, permissions, microphone range, device settings, and media volume. Recovery of a device is not guaranteed. Try the 30-second compatibility check on your own device before subscribing.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Use the service only on devices you own or are authorized to use. Do not use it for covert monitoring, unlawful activities, harassment, infringement, or attempts to bypass access controls or generation limits. Keep alarm volume at a safe level and consider the people around you.
Subscriptions and billing
The Finder subscription is $0.99 USD per month. The optional AI wallpaper upgrade is an additional $2.99 USD per month and requires Finder. Both plans together cost $3.98 USD per month and are billed separately. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe processes payments; access requires confirmed payment.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel Finder renewal through the app’s subscription menu and AI renewal through the pricing page. Canceling a plan stops future renewals for that plan; access continues through its paid billing period. Manage each subscription separately. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments. Refund and cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
AI wallpapers
The AI upgrade includes five generations per calendar month, resetting on the first day of the month in UTC, without rollover. Generation may pause when monthly app capacity is reached. Results vary and may not match your prompt precisely. Submit only content you have the right to use, avoid sensitive information, and do not request unlawful or infringing content. AI output may not be unique, and ownership or exclusivity is not guaranteed.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Authentication, speech recognition, payment processing, and AI features depend on third-party services, whose applicable terms and policies also apply.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Ya Found Me does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect recognition, or recovery of a device, and is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
Features and these terms may change. The date above identifies this version. Material subscription price changes will be communicated before they apply where required by law. Stop using the service and cancel any renewals if you no longer accept the terms.
